Choose Your Anger when and where
Love often feels so much more pleasant and comfortable than any anger we feel we must project on others who we feel victimized by. Victims and perpetrators are illusions of our consciousness. Treating them as the same loving source often disarms that relationship and the part of us that insists we must be angry towards another human being transitions. Feeling the love of your core anger is instrumental in shifting your consciousness to other states and the more and faster you can do it on a daily basis, the more you can time that exact moment when you choose to express it rather than it choosing you.
